Flaming will NOT be tolerated!

- Please do not post your website, forum, service, etc. on these forums. If you wish to affiliate with iGraphixz, please apply here. You are allowed to link users to other websites in your signature, but must not be over sized. No topics or posts that may prove disrespectful to religion, belief or race.

No Pornography!
- Discussion about adult images, videos, websites, or links are strictly forbidden, and not permitted, whatsoever. Remember that users of all ages log onto this site everyday. Any user who posts links to direct PORN websites, child porn, etc. will receive a Permanent ban, no warning or questions asked. Your warning is right here, DON'T DO IT! Minor nudity on the other hand will be aloud. - we have a thread for that

No Piracy! Illegal/pirated/
- software, known as "WareZ", are not allowed, here at iGraphixz, or otherwise permitted to be discussed about on the forums, or through Private Message. Users caught distributing, discussing, etc. about these types of programs, on the forum, will be suspended, for a predetermined length by staff. Multiple times will result in a permanent BAN.

Follow ALL forum section rules!
- In many sections, we have separate rules that are specifically for those sections. Please follow those rules and they will be enforced if you do not follow them!

Moderators
1.1 The moderators are the individuals in charge of keeping reasonable order in the forum and its related threads. No person shall claim to be a moderator, or otherwise attempt to act as one, unless so appointed by a person with the relevant authority.

1.2 The moderators will reserve their right, wherever necessary and reasonable to do so, to act in the following manners:

1.2.1 To cancel registration of an existing member, when such member is consistently ignoring and/or in breach of the rules, regulations and principles of this forum, for an indefinite period of time, or to permanently revoke such membership;

1.2.2 To bring points of order and give formal warnings to any member acting in contrast with the rules, regulations and principles of this forum;

1.2.3 To intervene in discussions regarding politics or religion, irrespective of the form in which such discussion may be presented, for the purpose of locking and/or erasing the thread(s)/post(s) in question;

1.2.4 To intervene in any discussion bearing an offensive content, which may include implicitly or explicitly, inter alia, gross indecency, offensive remarks (explicit or implicit), racist comments or threats to any of the registered members, for the purpose of locking and/or erasing the thread(s)/post(s) in question;

1.3 The moderators, in carrying out their function, will be expected to use their impartiality, good judgement, common sense and reasonable character.

Members
2.1 The members of this forum will be able to actively participate in the forum only upon registration and validation of their account;

2.2 The use of this forum is entirely free of charge, and no member may be asked at any time to pay a fee or provide any sort of pecuniary reward for the enjoyment of this forum;

2.3 All members upon registering with this service agree to abide by the rules, regulations and principles of the forum. All members are also reminded that:

2.3.1 No person is permitted to act in an offensive manner in this forum, more precisely no person is allowed to write or post any material implicitly or explicitly containing, inter alia, gross indecency, offensive remarks, racist comments or threats to any of the registered members;

2.3.2 The moderators will do their best to act whenever necessary to protect the interests of the forum and its members; nevertheless, the moderators also recognise that, depending on the amount of posts and on the general circumstances, it may not always be possible or otherwise feasible to control all the posts and threads. In such instances, the moderators will not be liable, under any circumstances, for claims arising as a result of offensive words or pictures;

2.4 The members will also enjoy the Private Messages service. The purpose of private messages is to remain as such, and therefore not to be seen by other persons. However, should a member complain about the inappropriateness of certain private messages received by another member, he/she will immediately report to a moderator and the moderator will take all the necessary steps.

2.5 Users may have one account and one account only. Anyone found registering a second account will have both accounts deactivated and be banned from the forums. There is no need for two accounts If you have a problem with your account (i.e. forgotten password/login problems) there are many ways to get a hold of one of the moderating team members.
